There are quite a few reports, mostly scant on detail, about raids earlier this week on communications providers in Europe. The gist seems to be that a complaint has been made over certain providers' interconnection, possibly peering, practices.
The best report I have read so far is on Bloomberg, and it is worth taking a quick look.
